Persuasion Analysis Presentation (7-10 minutes, 200 points)
In the Persuasion Analysis Presentation you will evaluate the effectiveness of any Persuasive Artifact that has had impact nationally or internationally in the last year. A persuasive artifact can be a speech, advertisement, text, icon, symbol, movement, theory, etc… choose a persuasive event that occurred in the last year that you find fascinating.The artifact is the subject of your speech. In the speech you will analyze the effectiveness of the artifact through the lens of the theory you have chosen from the following page. In order to assure that you do enough research so that you can present the audience with new information about the topic, you will turn in a research assignment on this topic a few weeks before you speak.

Once you have chosen your Persuasive Artifact you will need to figure out what the most important elements were in creating the change in actions (whether that change was intended or not). Then, you will visit the list of clustered theories to find the best theory to explain the persuasion.
